Sweet Home Middle School is Going Bald for Bucks -- May 23, 2013 The Sweet Home Middle School Student Council, with the help of the school's PTSA, is sponsoring a Bald for Bucks event on Thursday, May 23rd at 7pm at the school. 26 students and staff will be shaving their heads in support of cancer research and Roswell Park Cancer Institute. To date , the students have raised over $11,000.

Donations Needed for Post-Prom Party This year the Senior Class of 2013 is attempting to have a post prom party after our senior prom on Thursday, June 6th 2013 from 11:00- 2:00am. This event, which will be free for all prom attendees has the support of students, parents, staff, and administration. It will be an event of fun-filled activities and socializing that will promote a safe, drug & alcohol free option for students after the prom.
We are in need of donations!! Our goal is to have enough prizes so that every senior in attendance can leave with a prize!! High School Inducts 56 into National Honor Society Sweet Home Senior High School is pleased to announce that fifty-six juniors and seniors have been inducted to the National Honor Society. Inductions took place Wednesday, January 16 in the high school auditorium. In order to be inducted to the National Honor Society, students must maintain an average of 90 percent and demonstrate qualities in scholarship, service, leadership and character.

High School Inducts 116 into Foreign Language Honor Societies Sweet Home High School is pleased to announce that 116 juniors have been inducted into the school’s foreign language honor society. In order to be inducted, students must successfully complete first and second levels of the language which they are studying and maintain an average of 90% or higher in each level.
